The Supreme Court upheld the conviction of the Appellant under Sections 302 and 201 read with 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, for the murder of the deceased and for destroying evidence. The Court confirmed the findings of the Trial Judge that the Appellant inflicted 24 stab wounds on the deceased and conspired with others to dispose of the body.
