A note on response times
Niyam is built by a small, focused team. We read every message personally. We do not have a large support organisation with tiered queues — which means you are more likely to hear from someone who actually understands the product and can help directly.
For product support, the fastest path is always through the product app itself, where we can see your account context and respond to issues more precisely. For everything else — partnership enquiries, press, general questions, or feedback — email is the right channel.
We are based in India and work predominantly in Indian Standard Time. International enquiries are welcome; please allow for any time-zone differences in our response.
