The Supreme Court quashed various legal proceedings against the respondents following the payment of Rs. 600 crores as per the Settlement Agreements dated 15.11.2010 and 17.05.2012. The court exercised its powers under Article 136 and Article 142 of the Constitution of India, concluding that all liabilities under the agreements were fully satisfied and that there were no further claims by the appellants against the respondents.
