The Court found that the petitioner had provided sufficient evidence of her requisite experience in translation from English to Hindi, as supported by certificates dated 14.01.2015 and 18.07.2016. The Court emphasized that the FCI's earlier dismissal based on lack of experience was unjustified, thereby allowing the appeal and reinstating the petitioner's eligibility for appointment.
