The Supreme Court, exercising its jurisdiction under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, resolved a long-standing property dispute by approving the division of properties as per the sketches prepared by Mr. C. K. Venu. The Court held that this division would supersede the two existing Wills (Exhibit A1 & B1) and serve as the source of title for the respective sharers. The appeal was disposed of in favor of the respondents, ensuring complete justice between the parties despite objections from the appellants.
