The Supreme Court, exercising its jurisdiction under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, resolved a long-standing property dispute by ordering the division of properties based on sketches prepared by Mr. C. K. Venu, despite objections from the appellants. The Court emphasized the need for complete justice and declared that the two Wills (Exhibit A1 & B1) would be superseded by this decree, which will serve as the source of title for the respective sharers. The trial court was instructed to ensure the decree is recorded with the Sub-Registrar.
