The Supreme Court, in a civil writ petition, directed the appointment of Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.M. Dharmadhikari as the new arbitrator to continue proceedings from the stage where the previous arbitrator left off. The respondents agreed to return the fees paid by the petitioner to the earlier arbitrator and to pay an additional cost of Rs. 50,000 to the petitioner. The court disposed of the interim application accordingly.
