HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED vs J. DHEVA LAKSHMI

The Supreme Court addressed the issue of use and occupation charges between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and J. Dheva Lakshmi for the period from February 12, 2010, to October 2015.
