The Supreme Court reviewed its earlier judgment dated 13th May 2015, modifying the provisions regarding the publication of photographs of high-ranking officials. The Court extended the exception for publication to include Governors and Chief Ministers, allowing for the publication of photographs of the Departmental Minister in lieu of the Prime Minister and Chief Minister. The review petitions were disposed of with these modifications, while all other directions from the original judgment remained in force.
