The Supreme Court condoned the delay in filing the application for restoration in Civil Appeal No. 423 of 2008 and granted the prayer for restoration of the appeal. The Court ordered that the earlier order dated 05.12.2011 be recalled, contingent upon the appellant depositing Rs. 3,000 with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund within three weeks. Failure to make the deposit would result in the restoration of the previous order.
