MAHENDRA BHIMRAO KHARAT vs MAHARASHTRA HOUSING AND AREA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY .

The Supreme Court directed the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority to register agreements with appellants Mahendra Bhimrao Kharat and others within two weeks, ensuring a minimum carpet area of 450 sq. ft. is allotted. The Court also mandated the formation and registration of a Cooperative Society within six months, as stipulated in the Agreement. The appellants were instructed to vacate the premises within three weeks, and the appeals were disposed of without costs.
