The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal concerning the election to the Committee of Management of Shri Manas Shiksha Prasar Samiti, Itaili, held on 01.04.2008, stating that no factual issues remain for consideration as the term of the Committee is for three years and elections have occurred subsequently in 2011 and 2014. The Court clarified that the current Committee will continue until the end of their term and dismissed the pending Civil Suit OS No. 1624 of 2009, striking it off the court's files. All other legal questions raised in the appeal were left open.
