The Supreme Court granted an application for correction in the records of Civil Appeal No. 11439 of 2014, allowing the deletion of the name of Shri Aditya Sondhi from the proceedings and judgment dated 8th and 16th December 2014, respectively. The Court found that a mistake had occurred in the appearance slip submitted by the Advocate-on-Record, which incorrectly included Sondhi's name despite his non-appearance. The order was made based on an affidavit filed by the counsel for the applicant-Respondent No. 4.
