Parisons Agrotech (P) Ltd. & Anr vs Union Of India & Ors

The Supreme Court upheld the validity of Notifications No.39 and No.63 issued under The Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, which prohibited the import of palm oil through Kochi and all ports in Kerala.
