Ayush Buildwell P.Ltd vs Haryana Urban Devt.Auth

The Supreme Court addressed the appeals by Aayush Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. against the Punjab and Haryana High Court's order regarding the allotment of plots by the Haryana Urban Development Authority.
