The Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Labour Court regarding the denial of back wages to the respondent-workman under Section 108 of the M.P. Industrial Relations Act, 1960. The Court found that the workman had abandoned his claim for reinstatement by failing to report for duty or enforce the reinstatement order dated 07.02.1994.
