State Sugar Corporation under The U.P. Sugar Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1971. The Court emphasized that the provisions of Section 3 of the Act, which detail the transfer of scheduled undertakings, did not apply to the agricultural land in dispute. Consequently, the Court directed the delivery of possession of the land to the respondent-company within one month of the judgment's certified copy presentation.
