The Supreme Court directed the Director General Town and Country Planning (DGT&CP) Haryana to take custody of the licensed area and finalize a list of claimants for plot allotment, ensuring no duplication in claims. The Court emphasized the need for a fresh consideration of claims from certain members of the Durga Plot Holders Welfare Association, allowing them to withdraw pending writ petitions in exchange for a fair review of their claims. The DGT&CP was also instructed to ensure the completion of internal development within three months under the Haryana Development & Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975.
