Uco Bank & Ors vs Sushil Kumar Saha

The Supreme Court addressed whether the disciplinary authority from the respondent's previous posting could initiate and complete disciplinary proceedings despite the respondent being under a different authority's jurisdiction. Consequently, the Court upheld the High Court's decision to set aside the disciplinary proceedings and directed the Bank to release all admissible service benefits to the respondent.
