The Supreme Court condoned the delay in filing the application for restoration of Civil Appeal No. 423 of 2008 and granted the prayer for restoration. The Court recalled its earlier order dated 05.12.2011, subject to the condition that the appellant deposits a sum of Rs.3,000/- with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund within three weeks. Failure to make the deposit will result in the restoration of the earlier order.
