C.K. Jaffer Sharief vs State (Thr C.B.I.)

The Supreme Court upheld the High Court's decision affirming the trial court's rejection of the appellant's discharge application in a corruption case under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
