Judgment text excerpt
The Supreme Court held that the appellant Math is the rightful owner of the property known as Parasamaya Kolerinatha Madam under the final decree of the scheme suit (O.S.No.58/1922) which vested the property in the Math. The Court emphasized that the management of the property by the defendants was unauthorized as they attempted to claim the property as an independent temple, contrary to the established ownership of the Math. The Court ruled in favor of the appellant, affirming their title and ordering the delivery of the property.
