T.NADU HOUSING BOARD vs SERVICE SOCIETY

The Court held that the Board's failure to disclose the break-up of costs and to fix the final price within the stipulated three years violated the terms of the agreement, thereby entitling the allottees to seek clarity and fairness in pricing. The Court emphasized that the fixation of price must be transparent and in accordance with the principles of natural justice, leading to a directive for the Board to comply with its contractual obligations.
