Judgment text excerpt
The Supreme Court disposed of Civil Appeal No. 2620 of 2002, as the Sai Sevabhavi Trust expressed willingness to surrender the shops allotted to them by the Municipal Council, Nanded, which had not been utilized. The Court noted that no further orders were necessary regarding the shops, and the Municipal Corporation was permitted to evict Dattatraya Pandurang Savant from Shop Nos. 23 and 24 if no settlement was reached. Similarly, in Civil Appeal No. 2621 of 2002, the Trust agreed to surrender Plot No. 34, leading to the disposal of the appeal as well.
