Arihant Coal Sales (I) Pvt.Ltd vs Eta Star International Llc

The Supreme Court, in this order, appointed Hon'ble Mr. Justice D. M. Dharmadhikari as the sole arbitrator under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to resolve the dispute presented in the arbitration application. The Court granted the arbitrator the authority to fix his own terms of emoluments and other requirements. The petition was disposed of following this appointment.
