BHAGWAN T SHINDE vs HINDUSTAN SPINNING & WEAVING MIL.LD.&ORS

The Supreme Court disposed of the appeals concerning the release of funds deposited with the Labour Commissioner for workmen, allowing the remaining 50 petitioners to accept the same terms as other workmen. The Court directed that the amount be released upon identification of the workmen by their counsel, and also permitted legal representatives of three deceased workmen to file indemnity bonds for the release of funds. The Court concluded that no further directions were necessary and left the parties to bear their own costs.
