RATTAN LAL vs STATE OF HARYANA .

The Supreme Court directed that the appellants' claim regarding allotment of plots to oustees must be reconsidered by the High Court, as the previous order dated 10th December, 2007 did not adequately address the issues raised. The Court found that the High Court made irrelevant observations and failed to provide a proper decision on the appellants' claims. Consequently, the Court set aside the High Court's order and remitted the matter for fresh consideration.
