The Supreme Court granted leave and disposed of the appeals concerning the regularization of employees under Rule 3(d) of the Haryana Government General Administration Department Notification dated 10th February 2004. The Court clarified that employees with three years of service are entitled to regularization, and those willing to undertake compliance with the rules would receive ex-gratia assistance of Rupees 2.5 lacs. The Court directed the Haryana Department to process these payments within six weeks of receiving the necessary undertakings.
