The Supreme Court directed respondent Sanjay Dalmia to cooperate with the investigation related to FIR No. 137/2009 and mandated that any proceedings arising from this FIR be initiated only in Mumbai courts. The Court ordered Dalmia to deposit his passport with the Registrar General of the Bombay High Court and travel abroad only with prior permission from the same court. Additionally, the proceedings of Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 1184/2009 were transferred from the Delhi High Court to the Bombay High Court, with the interim protection granted by the Delhi High Court continuing for six weeks.
