The Court noted that despite the verification of their claim in 1952 for 7 Standard Acres and 3.1/4 Units, the remaining land was not available for allotment due to administrative negligence. The Court emphasized that the appellants must calculate the market value of the land as of the writ petition's filing date in 1996 and make the payment accordingly.
