STATE OF M.P. vs SOBRAN .

The Supreme Court granted an extension for the State of Madhya Pradesh to deposit the remaining compensation amount of Rs. 94,00,978/- in the Reference Court until August 31, 2008. The Court issued an unconditional stay on all further execution proceedings until the specified date, stating that if the amount is not deposited by then, the interim order will be vacated automatically. The Respondents are permitted to file for withdrawal of the compensation amount after the deposit is made, to be dealt with according to law.
