The Supreme Court allowed the appeal against the High Court's order dated 28th May 2008, which had dismissed the appellant's petition for transfer of a matrimonial case under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The Court noted that the respondent-husband had no objection to the transfer, leading to the decision to transfer the case filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from Panipat to Gurgaon. The Court set aside the High Court's order and directed the transfer to the District and Sessions Judge, Gurgaon.
