M/S. Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd vs State Of Haryana & Anr

The Supreme Court addressed the legality of a demand for external development charges of Rs. 61,000 per gross acre by the second respondent, which was contested by the appellant as unlawful under the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975.
