The Court ordered that the interim relief preventing the creation of third-party rights be continued, contingent upon the appellant depositing Rs. 15 lakhs with the Bombay High Court. The Court clarified that if the appeal by Respondent No. 1 is dismissed, the deposited amount along with interest shall be refunded to the appellant.
