U.P. FINANCIAL CORP..

Judgment text excerpt

The Supreme Court held that once a final order is passed by the High Court, all earlier interim orders merge into the final order and cease to exist, as established in the appeal concerning a writ petition. The Court dismissed the appeal as infructuous due to the final order, rendering the interim order and any directions therein void. Consequently, the Contempt Petition was also dismissed based on this principle.
