Nalli Sanyasi Naidu vs Manasa'S Trust Vijayanagaram & Ors

The Supreme Court, exercising its power under Article 136 of the Constitution, found no need to interfere with the lower courts' findings, except for the deletion of the direction regarding payment of damages for illegal occupation of land from the date of occupation until vacated. The Court disposed of the appeals without costs and also addressed the applications for contempt proceedings accordingly.
