Ajay Metachem Ltd vs Commissioner ,Ranchi & Ors

The Supreme Court found that the Division Bench of the High Court failed to issue a speaking order while disposing of a Letters Patent Appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent. Consequently, the Court set aside the impugned judgment and remitted the matter back to the High Court for a reasoned order in accordance with law. The appeal was allowed without any order as to costs.
