The Supreme Court modified its earlier order dated 26th February 2008, which appointed Smt. Gulab Bai as Receiver for a property dispute, due to her advanced age and inability to perform physical duties. The Court appointed Shri Rishi Gupta, an Advocate of the respondent, as the new Receiver to ensure compliance with the order. Additionally, the time for restoring possession of the suit property was extended by four weeks.
