PUNJAB URBAN PLANNING & DEV.AUTHORITY vs GURMAIL SINGH .

The Court found that the respondents were not liable for interest or penalty during the period when possession was not delivered, as per the terms of the allotment letter. The Court affirmed that the concurrent findings of the lower authorities were correct and did not warrant interference.
