State Of M.P vs Sobran & Ors

The Supreme Court granted an extension for the State of Madhya Pradesh to deposit a balance amount of Rs. 94,00,978/- in the Reference Court until August 31, 2008, while staying all further execution proceedings until that date. The Court clarified that if the amount is not deposited by the specified date, the interim order would automatically vacate.
