Judgment text excerpt

The Supreme Court upheld the dismissal of Civil Second Appeal No.384 of 2005 by the Rajasthan High Court, affirming the lower courts' findings that established a landlord-tenant relationship and justified eviction on grounds of nuisance and denial of title. The Court noted that the appellant did not seriously contest the eviction decree and had already enjoyed a significant period to vacate the premises. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed, and the appellant was directed to vacate by July 31, 2009, after filing a usual undertaking.
