The Court affirmed the lower court's decision to make the arbitrator's award dated 02/03/1995 a Rule of the Court, dismissing the respondents' objections regarding jurisdiction as they had previously participated in the arbitration process without demur. Consequently, the appeals were allowed, upholding the validity of the arbitration award.
