Ashfaq Khan And Anr vs State Of U.P. And Ors

The Supreme Court set aside the Allahabad High Court's order dismissing the Writ Petition challenging the FIR under Sections 420 and 424 IPC and Sections 2 and 3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986. The Court held that the High Court failed to demonstrate the relevance of its previous decisions to the current case.
