The Supreme Court, under Order XXXVI-B of the Supreme Court Rules, 1966, allowed the transfer of Criminal Case No. 663/2005 from Bulandshahar to Delhi due to a compromise between the parties. The Court directed that all pending matrimonial, maintenance, and guardianship cases related to the parties be disposed of in accordance with the settlement terms. The Transfer Petition was disposed of with the parties bearing their own costs, and all related FIRs were quashed as per the settlement.
