Government Of A.P. & Anr vs R.V. Raju & Ors

The Supreme Court modified its earlier order regarding Civil Appeal No. 4258 of 2001, allowing the appeal of the Government of Andhra Pradesh except for the relief granted by the Special Court in LGC No. 72 of 1991.
