The Supreme Court held that the sale of agricultural land by the third respondent to the first and second respondents was void under Section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Tenancy Act, 1956, as it contravened the provisions of the Act. The Court affirmed the appellant's right to seek a declaration for first purchase of the lands and to challenge the validity of the sale deeds executed on 17.01.1981. The appeal was allowed, and the order of the Andhra Pradesh High Court was set aside, reinstating the appellant's claims.
