The Supreme Court rejected the Special Leave Petition (SLP) for permission to file, while addressing the security concerns of teachers in the Kashmir and Jammu Zones. The Court directed the respondent to issue suitable transfer orders for three teachers in Kashmir and fifteen in Jammu due to security threats, but declined to interfere with other transfers. The Court also stated that necessary orders regarding the regularization of any delays in joining duty should be passed on their respective applications.
