Judgment text excerpt

The Supreme Court dismissed Civil Appeals Nos. 4352/1999 and 6935/2000, affirming the High Court's findings and allowing withdrawal of the latter due to settlement between parties. However, in Civil Appeal No. 2615/2001, the Court found that the High Court failed to consider the facts regarding alienation and partition of Tarwad family property, leading to the appeal being allowed and the case remitted for proper adjudication. No costs were awarded in any of the appeals.
