BHALCHANDRA ANANTRAO RAKVI vs RAMCHANDRA TUKARAM (DEAD) BY LRS.ANR.

The Supreme Court addressed the applicability of the Bombay Tenancy & Agricultural Lands Act, 1948, particularly Section 32-G and Section 88, in determining tenant rights.
