The Court found no discrimination against regular Post-Graduate Teachers, affirming that the inclusion of inducted teachers in the promotion ratio was justified given their eligibility to teach. The appeals against the State Administrative Tribunal's dismissal of the challenge to this rule were therefore rejected.
